Practice: Entering Fear and Finding the Inner Core
Preparation
Lie down or sit comfortably. Let your body fully relax. Take a few deep breaths. Close your eyes. Let the mind slow down.
Step 1: Recall the Fear
Recall the fear that lives inside you. That which you avoid. That makes your body retreat, your mind tense, your soul freeze. Let this fear rise up.
Step 2: Let It Happen
Imagine that what you fear has already happened. The event has taken place. It is real. It is here.
Step 3: Live Through the Consequences
What do you feel? How does your body react? What emotions arise — panic, tears, anger, emptiness, despair?
Don’t run away. Live through it. Let everything be. Accept it without resistance. Just stay present inside the experience.
Step 4: Move Forward in Time
Imagine a day has passed… Then a week… Then a month…
Watch your feelings begin to shift. The sharp pain fades. The tears dry up. Only a shadow remains — and then that, too, dissolves.
Step 5: Acceptance
You are still alive. Life goes on. Something inside has changed — but you remain.
Fear loses its power when it is lived through. It becomes a part of your past. An archive.
Step 6: Returning
When you feel everything has settled:
- take a deep inhale,
- a calm exhale,
- and gently return to the present.
Integration
Feel it: fear no longer holds power over you. You’ve faced it. Lived through it. Accepted it.
And now you are stronger. This sensation — is your inner core. It does not break. It holds. It grows with every fear overcome.
Repetition
If you have the strength — choose the next fear. If not — rest. Continue tomorrow.
Repeat, until all fears have passed through your awareness.
Result
You are no longer driven by fear. You move forward. And all that once frightened you — has become fuel for strength.
